Dixie Diner in Hendersonville

We enjoy the breakfast buffet. Something for everyone on it and then some. Always have great service. Price is very reasonable.

Had lunch here today and it was incredible. Had the grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and it was hot and delicious. My server was happy and always had a big smile on her face - tea glass never went below half full. Wonderful place with great atmosphere and employees. This is one support local I can highly recommend.

Not a super nice place, but based on this type of diner (greasy spoon), we give it 4 stars. Obviously a popular locals spot. The waitress was sweet. We enjoyed our blueberry muffin, BLT, and country fried steak with eggs, grits, and biscuit. Buffet available. Single-stall restroom could use updating.

I truly can’t understand all the reviews about the “wonderful staff “. They have a fairly large turnover of people there. I have been there quite a lot for breakfast because it’s convenient to work and not a single time has the newest server asked me if I wanted a coffee refill. Not once. Today I asked her for ketchup. She walked away and totally spaced it. I had to ask again. And it was not very busy.The food had always been good, and fairly priced.If you’re looking for “wonderful staff” and good service my suggestion is to try somewhere else.

I enjoyed breakfast many times over the years. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Corned beef hash is very tasty. I always ask to not have it cooked to long on the grill. It tends to get blackened. The waitstaff is always friendly. Prices are fair and portions are nice sized.

If you're going through Hendersonville, North Carolina, your best bet is to eat here. The most unbelievable breakfast in town.

Excellent as always. Predictable awesome options. Omelets are great as are biscuits, grits, and humongous, thick pancakes.

Randomly stumbled across this perfect little place. Was looking for a cheeseburger but all day breakfast won out!!! Definitely stop of you are passing by.

Basic weekend breakfast bar,bacon was great for 8.25 plus drink or order from the menu.

Wow! Outstanding! Logan was our server. Her bright smile and relaxed happy attitude was a great way to start our morning. The food could not be better. With this kind of service and food we will definitely be back.I highly recommend this diner and from all the locals we saw here ( a great sign) they do too.

The blackened corn beef hash was cooked to perfection. The blackened side was facing the plate so we had to flip it over to find it. Be patient...it takes over an hour to blacken corn beef hash...it's worth the wait!

Long time patron as are many of my friends. Diner atmosphere, locally owned. Good folks, good food, good service with a smile, reasonable prices. Lived here all my 57 years and still appreciating this local business. You will too.

Okay Southern food. Biscuits & sauage gravy. Friendly service.

I was passing through and GLAD THAT I STOPPED! Swiss mushroom burger that was the best ever plus the potato salad! Staff was friendly and inviting!

Love they're homemade muffins and pancakes. I get orders to go so I can just heat up the items before heading out for the day. It's a great way to have a healthy meal in a rush......

The First Wednesday Arts Breakfast in Hendersonville NC is held at the Dixie Diner which offers a tasty traditional southern breakfast buffet and the wait staff is very accommodating.

Love the food, the place, the prices! And the staff are wonderful, as well.

The only place to get breakfast in Henderson County... this place is amazing! You have to try the biscuits and gravy! Food is fresh and service is incredible. Even with the growth in our county it still functions as a small town diner and I love it!

Still thinking about the Reuben sandwich and fluffy biscuits. A special place that still has that classic diner feel.

See you at breakfast! Fabulous, popular, casual dining (bring your mask) at its finest. Love this place for the food, for the atmosphere, and so much more. This place is popular, already and there's plenty of space because they have several dining areas. You can park out back if the front lot is full. My favorite table is by the window, watching the world go by while these darlings keep filling my cup.

The food was only ok. Our waitress was very nice. The owner or manager, not sure which, could be heard being very rude to the rest of the staff. Not sure what the problem was, but I'll never go there again. The are several other breakfast-all-day places around Hendersonville that are superior compared with Dixie Diner.
